Allô Mon Coco Strengthens Ties Between Canada And Mexico

At Allô Mon Coco México, we had the honor of welcoming the Delegation of the Government of Quebec in Mexico, Stéphane Allard-Gomez, who visited our restaurant in Mérida as part of his official agenda in the city. The delegation was accompanied by Ara Reyna, sharing with our team an experience that symbolizes the closeness and strengthening of the ties between Canada and Mexico. During the visit, we also had the pleasure of welcoming alumni from McGill University, as well as enthusiasts who are part of the Canadian community in Mérida and who regularly share its culture, hospitality, and lifestyle with Mexico, especially with Yucatán. For Grupo INDEF, this visit represented much more than an institutional meeting. It reflected the commitment to creating projects that drive international exchange, cultural collaboration, and the connection between communities through memorable experiences. We are deeply excited that Allô Mon Coco is part of this conversation, bringing to Mexico a Canadian concept recognized for its warm atmosphere, family-friendly approach, and hospitality.
